First check
Check your email if you used the form
If you submitted the form, a confirmation message goes to the address you entered. Open it and use the download link inside. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
If nothing shows up, look in spam or promotions before you ask for it again. Adding our address to your contacts helps future messages arrive in the inbox. The sender is [email protected].
Extracting the ZIP
A ZIP file needs to be extracted before you can open what is inside. It takes less than a minute, and you do not need extra software.
Once unpacked, you will see normal folders you can copy, rename, and keep where you like. Keep the original ZIP until you have checked that everything opens.

On Windows
Right-click the file and choose Extract All, then pick a folder you will remember, such as Documents. Open the new folder and you will see the kit inside.

On macOS
Double-click the ZIP and it unpacks beside the original. If you use a trackpad, a two-finger tap opens the same unpack option.

On Linux
Use the extract option in your file manager right-click menu. Choose where to place the folder, then open it like any other directory.
Open the Start Here guide first
Once extracted, the folder contains four subfolders: Prompts, Templates, Calculators, and Start Here. Open Start Here before anything else.
It is one page, and it names the first three files to try along with which program opens each format. Follow it in order and you will see how the pieces connect without opening every file.
Your first task
Pick one job you would normally start from scratch, such as a client follow-up or a proposal outline. Open the matching prompt or template, replace the bracketed placeholders, and edit the result.

Most issues come down to a missing email or an incomplete download. Work through these checks before you write to us, and include a few details if you still need help.
No email yet
Check spam and promotions first, then search for the kit name. If you typed the address with a mistake, request it again with the correct spelling.
ZIP will not open
Delete the file and download it again. A partial download is the usual cause, especially on mobile data or public wifi. Try a desktop browser if the phone keeps stopping early.
Still stuck
Use the contact page and tell us the address you submitted, your operating system, and the program you are using. That lets us point to the right fix without back-and-forth.

Keeping the kit useful
The files are yours to edit, so adapt them to your own wording and keep your edited copies separate from the originals. We suggest one folder for originals and one for your working versions.
When we revise a prompt or template, the updated ZIP is available from this site, and the Start Here page notes the version you are holding. Check back when you add a new service or change your pricing, since those are good moments to refresh your templates.
- Rename working files with the client or date so originals stay untouched.
- Keep one short note on which prompt wording worked best for your customers.
- Review the Start Here version note before you download a newer ZIP.
