What's Inside the Free AI Business Kit
A download page is only useful if you know what you are getting before you click. This page lists every folder in the kit, what each file does, and which one to open for a specific task. No teaser sections, no locked previews.
Instant access · Nothing to install · Works with Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
The kit as you will see it after extraction: four named folders and a one-page Start Here sheet.
The four folders at a glance
The kit is organised into four folders: Prompts, Templates, Calculators, and Start Here. Each one answers a different daily question, from what to write to what to charge.
Prompts
Instruction library for writing and client communication, grouped by task with bracketed placeholders for your details.
Templates
Client-facing messages, proposals, and internal process sheets you can edit in under a minute.
Calculators
Spreadsheets for pricing floors, fixed-fee estimates, and margins after costs and fees.
Start Here
One-page guide that names the first three files to open and which software opens each format.
Prompts folder: the instruction library
Every file in this folder is a short block of text you paste into an AI assistant. The library covers client replies, email summaries, proposal outlines, meeting notes, product descriptions, and job postings. Prompts are grouped by task, not by tool, so you do not have to remember which assistant you used last time. Each one uses bracketed placeholders for the details only you know.
- Reply to a quote request, a delay, or a difficult review without starting from a blank page.
- Turn long threads into short summaries, next steps, and owner names.
- Draft outlines for services, products, and hiring posts you then edit in your own voice.
Templates that send, propose, and repeat
Templates folder holds the messages you send over and over and the documents that make repeat work consistent. Each one is short by design, written to be edited in under a minute rather than read as a form letter.
Client response templates
Includes a quote follow-up, a scope-change note, a polite decline, a payment reminder, a project kickoff note, and a status update. They work in email, in a help desk, or pasted into a chat thread. Keep your tone, change names and dates, send.
Business proposal templates
The proposal templates give you a structure: the client's problem, your approach, the timeline, the deliverables, and the cost. There is a short version for small fixed-fee work and a longer version for multi-stage projects. Both leave the pricing section open so you can attach numbers from the calculators.
SOP and process documents
Standard operating procedures describe a repeatable task in numbered steps, with a place for the owner and the tools involved. Use them for onboarding a contractor, publishing content, handling a refund request, or running a weekly report. If your team keeps docs in a shared wiki, these map directly onto a page structure.
Pricing calculator for services
Know your numbers before you quote
Pricing calculator template
This spreadsheet starts from your target income and works down to an hourly floor. You enter billable hours per week, weeks worked per year, annual overhead, and the share set aside for tax. The sheet returns the minimum rate you can charge without losing money on the job. Change one number and the whole calculation updates.
Project estimator and margin sheet
The project estimator turns an hourly floor into a fixed-fee quote by multiplying estimated hours and adding a contingency line. The margin sheet tracks what is left after a subcontractor, a material cost, or a platform fee. Together they answer the question owners ask most: is this project actually profitable at the price I quoted.
Built for service quotes: hourly floor first, then fixed-fee math with room for extras.

Open this file first
The Start Here file is one page. It names the first three files to open, explains how to extract the ZIP, and lists which software opens each file type. Documents open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any word processor that reads standard formats. Spreadsheets open in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc. The prompts need only a text editor and an AI assistant.
- 1. Extract the ZIP to a folder you can find again.
- 2. Open Start Here and follow the three-file order.
- 3. Copy a prompt or template into the tool you already use.
What the kit does not include
There is no hosted dashboard, no live AI agent, and no account to log into. The kit does not connect to your business apps on its own, and it does not include a subscription to any automation platform. Those are deliberate limits.
What you get is a folder of files that work offline, on your machine, with whatever tools you already pay for. If you need help choosing a file for your task, write to us.

Answers before you download
File types, size, and sharing — the three questions every owner asks about ready-to-use AI prompts and business proposal templates.
What file formats are inside the kit?
Documents are in standard word-processing formats, the calculators are spreadsheets, and the prompts are plain text. All open in common office software, including free options like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice.
How large is the download?
The download is small because it contains text documents and lightweight spreadsheets rather than video or design assets. It extracts in seconds and fits easily on any laptop or shared drive.
Can I share the kit with my team?
Yes. Extract it to a shared drive and everyone on your team can open the same files. Many owners keep the client response templates in one shared folder so replies stay consistent.
