Download and access
The kit downloads as a single compressed folder (a .zip file) of ordinary documents and spreadsheets, from any page on this site. No account, email address, or payment is required.
Once it is on your machine, it is yours to keep and use offline. If you lose the file, you can download it again from the site.

Use the download control on the home page, the What is inside page, or the download-ready page. Your browser saves one file, usually called AI-Business-Kit.zip, to your Downloads folder. The file stays available, so you can return for a fresh copy any time.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-in, no email gate, and no checkout step. Click, save the ZIP, and open it. If your browser asks where to save, choose a folder you will remember, such as Documents.
How large is the download and how long does it take?
It is a single compact ZIP built from documents and spreadsheets, so on a typical broadband connection it saves in seconds. If the download stalls, pause any large transfers, keep the tab open, and try once more. A second attempt usually completes cleanly.
Can I keep using it offline?
Yes. After you unzip the folder, everything runs on your computer. You only need an internet connection when you choose to paste a prompt into an AI assistant.
File formats and compatibility
If it opens documents and sheets, it opens the kit.
Documents are in standard word-processing formats that open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Pages, and LibreOffice Writer. The calculators are spreadsheets that open in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc. The prompts are plain text, so any text editor works.

Using the prompts well
Prompts work best when you replace every bracketed placeholder with real detail. A client reply needs the situation, your position, and the tone you want.

Fill in names, dates, prices, and deadlines before you paste. Vague inputs produce vague drafts.

If the first output is not right, add one sentence of context rather than rewriting the whole prompt.

Keep one edited version you like as your house style, then reuse it for similar jobs.
Privacy and data
The kit runs on your computer. We do not receive your documents, your client names, or the text you paste into an AI assistant.
Anything you send to an assistant is governed by that provider's terms, not ours. As a rule, remove account numbers and sensitive personal details before you paste. See our privacy policy for how this website handles data from the contact form.

There is no paid tier and nothing locked inside the kit. Every template, calculator, and prompt opens after download.
The kit does not include a subscription to any automation platform, so any no-code automation tool is separate if you choose to use one. There is no support contract, though we do answer download questions.

Getting help
If the ZIP will not open, the download stalls, or a file shows an error, use the contact page and describe what happened and which file is affected.
Include your operating system and the program you are opening it with. That is usually enough for us to identify the problem and point you to a fix.
