How it works
How to Download and Use the AI Business Kit
Getting from the download button to a finished client email takes about ten minutes. Download the kit, open the folder, and pick the file that matches your task. No installation, no account, no setup.
Instant access · Nothing to install · Works on Windows, Mac, and Linux
Three files cover almost every workday: a reply, a proposal, and a price.
Start with those. The rest of the kit stays in the folder until you need it, so you never have to learn everything at once.

Download, open, and put it to work
Each step takes a minute or two. If you can save an attachment, you can use this kit.
First step — Save the file
Download the kit
Click the download button on any page of this site. Your browser saves a single ZIP file to your downloads folder. Nothing installs, and you do not need to share an email address to get it.
If your browser asks whether to save or open the file, choose save, then find it in your downloads list. The name mentions AI Business Kit, so it is easy to spot among other files.
What to check
- File ends in .zip and opens as a compressed folder
- Saved in Downloads, not just previewed in the browser
- Size looks complete, not a few kilobytes
Second step — Unpack it once
Extract the folder
A ZIP is a container, so you extract it once to use the files inside. On Windows, right-click the file and choose Extract All, then pick a place like Documents. On macOS, double-click the ZIP and it unpacks next to the original. On Linux, your file manager usually offers an extract option in the right-click menu.
Windows
Right-click, Extract All, choose Documents, then open the new folder.
Mac
Double-click the ZIP. Use the unpacked folder that appears beside it.
Linux
Right-click, Extract Here, then move the folder where you keep work files.
Third step — Start in the right place
Open Start Here first
Inside the extracted folder, open Start Here. It is a single page that names the first three files to try and tells you which program opens each format.
Documents open in Word, Google Docs, or Pages. The calculators open in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc. The prompts are plain text, so any editor works.

Everyday use
Use the piece that fits today's task
You do not work through the kit in order. Pick the prompt, template, or calculator that matches what is in front of you, finish the job, and close the folder.
Using a prompt with your AI assistant
Open the prompt library and pick the task closest to what you are doing, such as drafting a client reply or outlining a proposal. Copy the whole block, including the bracketed placeholders. Paste it into your AI assistant, replace the brackets with your own details, and send it.
Read the result, cut anything generic, and keep what sounds like you. One careful pass matters more than a clever prompt.
Using a template in your document editor
Open the template you need and save a copy with the client's name, so the original stays clean for next time. Replace the bracketed sections, delete any line that does not apply, and check the tone before sending.
Templates in the kit are starting points, not finished letters. A one-minute edit is normal and expected.
Numbers without guesswork
Using the calculators with your own numbers
Open the pricing calculator and enter four figures: your target annual income, your billable hours per week, your annual overhead, and your tax set-aside share. The sheet returns an hourly floor you can defend.
From there, the project estimator turns estimated hours into a fixed-fee range. Update the inputs whenever your costs change, not just once a year. If a number feels off, check the overhead row first — most pricing trouble starts there.
Enter your real costs, not industry averages, so the floor reflects your business.
Save a copy per client before you change estimates, so quotes stay comparable.
Fits the tools you already use
If you work in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Nothing in the kit needs special integration. If your office apps have a built-in AI assistant, paste the prompts directly into the assistant pane. The same prompts work in any standalone assistant, and the documents open natively in common word processors and spreadsheet apps.
The automation notes explain where a no-code tool can help once you are ready to connect steps. Until then, copy, paste, and save work just fine.

If something sticks
When the download does not work
Most issues come down to a blocked download or an incomplete file. Work through these answers in order — the fix is usually on the first try.
The ZIP never saved — what should I check?
Check whether your browser blocked the download and allow it for this site, then click the download button again. Also look in your downloads bar or folder — some browsers save quietly without a clear confirmation.
The file saved but will not open
It may be incomplete. Delete the file, download it again on a stable connection, and extract the fresh copy. Avoid opening the ZIP directly from inside the browser preview.
A spreadsheet shows errors or odd symbols
Confirm you are opening it in a program that reads standard spreadsheet formats, such as Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc. If your viewer only previews files, import the sheet instead of previewing it.
